Arriving by SunRail? Downtown DeLand is a separate trip from the station
MainStreet’s visitor guide explains the bike connection and on-demand ride option.

DeLand’s SunRail station is not in the downtown shopping district. MainStreet DeLand’s visitor guide puts downtown about three and a half miles away, so train riders should arrange the next part of the trip before arriving.
The guide describes two options: bring a bicycle for the connection, or book a VoRide on-demand trip through the app or call center. It says trips to and from a SunRail station are free and advises passengers to allow extra booking time.
MainStreet recommends requesting the ride while still on the train so the vehicle can meet an arriving passenger. Check current train and ride-service schedules when planning the return journey. Downtown restaurant and shopping guides are available inside the station for visitors choosing where to go.
